• Extension Manager is a powerful tool which lets you route calls using an easy-to-use graphical interface. You can choose whether calls are routed to a particular phone first, how long they take to go to voicemail, what to do if phones aren’t answered and more. Traditionally this is a complex process but this tool allows you simple click and drag options to modify how your system interacts with your phones.
• Address Book Integration lets you store phone numbers with a name in your address book, so when that number calls your business, the name is displayed. This can be synchronised across all phones so they’re always up to date with the latest numbers.
• Call Recording lets you record all phone calls to be stored in mp3 format and played at a later date, which can be useful for training or reference. Alternatively you can start recording a call partway through a conversation simply by pressing a few digits on your phone.
• The Control Panel gives you full command over your phone system without a need for having expertise in the area. The design is intuitive so you can easily perform the modifications you need to at a moment’s notice.
• Conferencing allows sophisticated features such as allowing external phone lines join an internal conference, an ability to use PIN conferencing for privacy, and the facility to add a third phone into a call, which is a quick and easy way to add another user to the conversation at low cost.
