We are a friendly business here to help our customers by getting their PCs back up and running as soon as we can. Being a relatively small company, you can expect a personal service and a quick response. We always offer free techinical advice, and do not have a telephone service that charges the earth. Our customers are important to us, and we mean that - you can call us anytime, day or night!
Some problems need a quick response at your premises
We understand that some people don't feel safe disconnecting their PC, some people simply don't have transport, and for some problems a visit is just more appropriate. No problem! We can arrange a visit at a date and time to suit you.
What does it cost?
All visits cost £39.95 for the first hour (or part thereof), and then £19.98 for each extra half hour (or part thereof). The most common problems can be solved within an hour, but if the visit is likely to take longer than the hour, the technician will always advise you. We require payment on the day of the visit, and we can take cash or a cheque. These prices include VAT.
