We'll complete a large number of tests covering a wide range of common (and less common) problems, and call you to take you through (in simple terms) what the testing has shown us. If the tests show that your PC is good health, you can collect it and you'll owe us nothing - you go away with the peace of mind that your PC is running smoothly. However, if the tests show problems that need resolving to improve the performance of your PC, we will advise you on what action should be taken, how much this work will cost, and roughly how long it will take us to complete. This service is completely no obligation, so you are not required to continue with the repairs, and our advice is completely FREE.

If you instruct us to complete the work, we'll schedule it in and finish it as soon as possible. You can then pay when you collect your PC. We'll also make recommendations and give advice to stop the problems from re-occuring.
