Computer Repairs and Support

Computers have an annoying tendency to break down at just the wrong moment. We aim to fix your PC problems with the minimum of fuss. We fix computers both on an ad-hoc basis and a contracted support basis.

Ad-hoc Repairs

If you bring your computer into our workshop, we will give you a free diagnosis at no obligation to proceed with the repairs. Alternatively, we can visit your premises to sort out your problem. Our friendly engineers will explain to you, jargon-free, what went wrong and how you may prevent further issues in the future.

For ad-hoc support, we are usually able to come out the next working day after you make a call to us. Prices are as follows:

• £40 per hour for workshop labour (not including free diagnosis)
• £45 for the first hour of a call-out, and £22.50 for subsequent half-hours

Support Contract: TotalCare

For peace of mind, you might like to take out a support contract with us, in order to prevent large individual repair bills. For a low fixed monthly fee, our TotalCare packages will give you many benefits:
