That's why when you need it fixing we offer a professional and efficient service to get your computer back up and running as soon as possible.
What can we do about it?
If you can bring your PC into our workshop, our technicians will diagnose the problems using our professional testing equipment and then call you to recommend a course of action at no cost to you.
We also offer FREE PC Health Checks. For this service, when you bring your computer into our workshop, we perform comprehensive tests using our professional software and equipment, and call you with the results and applicable repair costs. There is no obligation to proceed, so if you decide not to have the repairs done you can collect your PC with no cost incurred.
If transport is a problem, we offer a PC collection and delivery service for a small fee. Alternatively, we can send a technician to your premises to discuss and review the issues you are experiencing, for which we charge an hourly rate.
So what happens when we discover the problem?
When reporting back to you, we speak plainly with as few technical terms as possible, and inform you of all of your options before committing you to any repair work. We always make costs as clear as possible up-front, and wherever possible we will make every effort to safeguard your data from loss.
